Belong Healthcare is growing and we are excited to recruit a dedicated and values‐driven Occupational Therapy Manager to lead and support our OT team.

About You
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) with 13+ years of experience, including previous team lead or management experience.
The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating professional and constructive conversations when required, maintaining clear boundaries while fostering respectful and collaborative working relationships.
About the OT Manager Role
* Manage small clinical caseload – approximately 12‐15 billable hours per week
* Provide caseload and professional development supervision to OT clinicians
* Support workforce planning and capacity management
* Confidently guide complex reasoning across the team
* Monitor and review KPIs in collaboration with Finance
* Set clear performance expectations aligned with organisational values and KPIs
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong, advanced clinical skills across:
* Minor and major home modifications
* Complex Assistive Technology (AT)
* SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and SIL (Supported Independent Living)
* Experience across mental health, psychosocial, neurological, and physical disability highly desirable
