About the Role
As the Global Payroll Manager, you will oversee international payroll operations, managing outsourced payroll functions for Australia, New Zealand, and transitioning Asian countries.
Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate employee compensation, compliance with regulations, and leading strategic payroll initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and approve payroll processing for various pay cycles
Manage payroll reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations
Lead the payroll compliance team in Melbourne and oversee Manila-based operations
Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
Ensure SLA and contractual compliance with payroll providers
Oversee the transition to new payroll service providers
Implement and manage global payroll services
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience managing payroll in large, multi-geo organizations
Experience with Workday, ADP GlobalView, or Ramco Payce is preferred
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and adaptability
Leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams
