Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Performance Test Engineer
to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage complex data flows, drive testing frameworks, and oversee both E2E and UAT activities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute performance testing strategy, test plans, and scripts for
UKG Pro WFM
.
* Conduct
baseline, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
using
JMeter and LoadRunner
.
* Validate
role-based access performance
across multiple user profiles.
* Analyze and monitor performance metrics from
cloud infrastructure (GCP), application, and integration endpoints
.
* Coordinate testing for
4 integration touchpoints
with NSWPF internal systems.
* Support defect identification, troubleshooting, and re-testing.
* Provide comprehensive test reporting, including KPIs, bottleneck analysis, and recommendations.
* Ensure all performance testing deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in performance testing
of web-based applications.
* Strong expertise in
JMeter and LoadRunner
scripting and execution.
* Experience with
cloud-hosted environments
, preferably
Google Cloud Platform
.
* Solid understanding of
role-based access testing
, session management, and concurrency testing.
* Familiarity with
API, integration, and database performance testing
.
* Ability to
analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions
.
* Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
for on-site coordination.
* Hands-on experience with
test reporting, dashboards, and documentation
.
* Ability to work
on-site in Parramatta, Sydney
three days a week
* Knowledge of
UKG Pro WFM
or similar workforce management systems
