About the Job
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll oversee capital and sustaining projects that drive site performance and reliability. You'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed safely, on schedule, and within scope while meeting all regulatory and environmental requirements.
* Designing and building new infrastructure such as pump stations.
* Managing consultants and contractors for detailed design and execution.
* Leading major steel repairs and plant refurbishments.
* Developing project plans, scopes of work, and improvement initiatives.
* Preparing conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
* Coordinating shutdown planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Driving compliance through audits, risk assessments, and change management.
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
