About the role: This is a temporary position for immediate start and will finish mid March of 2026. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of production orders across our sourcing and supply chain function. This role ensures all purchase orders are raised accurately, production timelines are met and suppliers are aligned with the critical path and go-to-market calendar. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to monitor progress, troubleshoot delays and maintain strong communication to keep production running smoothly. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order & System Management Create and manage production purchase orders in line with business requirements. Monitor system transactions, manufacturing orders, variance reports, and finished goods data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within production systems and documentation. Bulk Production & Delivery Coordination Track bulk production progress to ensure alignment with the critical path. Identify and escalate potential delays to the Production Manager. Provide regular vendor updates and support reporting requirements. Work collaboratively with Production and Logistics teams to resolve timing, delivery, or supplier challenges. To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not essential) Understanding of production, manufacturing, and logistics processes Knowledge of ethical sourcing and sustainability considerations (preferred). Experience in PO management and supplier coordination is advantageous. Strong user of business systems and reporting tools. Excellent planning, organisation and critical path management. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with vendors. High attention to detail, strong numerical skills and effective time management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. On-time delivery of production aligned with the go-to-market calendar. Timely and proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. Accurate documentation and system updates within the PLM system.
