Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
This includes offering Level 1 support for Dynamics 365, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
You will also participate in developing, testing, and implementing IT projects to improve our operations and integrate innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general IT support for applications, hardware, and the network by liaising with appropriate third-party suppliers.
* Offer Level 1 support for Dynamics 365 addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
* Actively participate in developing, testing, and implementing IT projects.
* Conduct testing as per in-house test frameworks and environments to cover system assessment needs.
