You will be involved in: Corporations Act advisory work Australian Consumer Law matters PPSR advice and registrations Business and share sale transactions (including earn-out arrangements) Complex shareholder and unitholder agreements Trust and partnership structures Employee share schemes Company secretarial matters Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements The work is intellectually engaging, commercially strategic, and client facing. The team advises an impressive client portfolio including: Family offices and boutique investment funds Technology and software companies National e-commerce platforms Established private groups and ASX-listed entities Transport and logistics operators Recognised global brands We are looking for: 3 years PAE with solid commercial/corporate experience Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills Commercially minded and solutions-focused Confident advising clients ranging from start ups to ASX-listed entities A clear and articulate communicator Interested in building client relationships and contributing to business development You understand how to assess risk, think creatively, and deliver pragmatic outcomes.
