What You'll Be Doing
* Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
* Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
* Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations
* Carry out glass chip repairs
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
* Represent the O'Brien brand with pride and reliability
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
* Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
* Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
* Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term career
* Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
* Commitment to personal growth and development
