We are embarking on a transformative journey to integrate Artificial Intelligence across our operations, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and elevate customer satisfaction.Role OverviewAs our inaugural in-house AI Engineer, you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions across our diverse business units.
Your mission is to design intelligent systems that streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and provide seamless customer interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration: Develop and deploy AI agents for roles such as reception, hire controllers, and customer service, capable of handling voice and phone interactions, escalating complex queries to human operators as needed.Process Automation: Utilize AI to automate tasks in departments like accounts, employing OCR technology for invoice processing and integrating with systems like Inspire and HubSpot.Sales Optimization: Create automated sales quotation tools tailored to various brands and models, enhancing response times and accuracy.AR Development: Design and implement Augmented Reality programs and systems independently, without reliance on third-party vendors.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing platforms, including CRMs, VoIP systems, and ERP software.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to identify opportunities for AI implementation and provide training to staff on new systems.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AI, ML, or software engineering roles, with a focus on automation and system integration.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, experience with LLMs, LangChain, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and RAG pipelines.
