Salary & Benefits

* Salary Range: $170000 $230000 base 43% variable (OTE)

Role Description

This is the first Partner Sales Manager role for ANZ designed to establish and grow the partner ecosystem in the region. You will work directly with 35 strategic partners to create the foundations of a scalable co-selling model aligning partner value with revenue impact.

Team Size & Leadership Scope

* Direct Reports: None initially
* Team Size: Regional peer group in APAC (Japan Singapore Korea Thailand)
* Key Collaboration: Sales Leadership Marketing Customer Success Global Ecosystem team

Responsibilities

* Establish go-to-market plans with 35 key ANZ Commercial partners (e.g. Ipsos Mercel SAP)
* Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth and revenue contributions
* Enable partners through education value proposition alignment and co-selling frameworks
* Expand partner program to global SIs and consultancies (e.g. EY Deloitte Bain)
* Develop joint account plans and execute demand generation initiatives
* Monitor ecosystem KPIs: sourced pipeline partner-originated revenue and regional influence

Requirements

Must-Haves:

* 710 years in SaaS sales including at least 3 years in partner sales or channel management
* Proven track record of building or scaling partner programs in underdeveloped regions
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive co-sell motions with consulting or agency partners
* Ability to operate in ambiguous low-structure environments with high accountability
* Executive presence and excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

* Experience working with consulting firms GSIs or CX-focused agencies
* Familiarity with Experience Management platforms or customer/employee feedback tools
* Background in scrappy or startup-like environments requiring resourcefulness and initiative

Interview Process

* Briefing screen (Sara).
* Meeting with Alex (sales rhythm deal review MEDDIC).
* Cross-functional panel (Marketing CS) influence feedback resource challenges.
* Partner ecosystem interview how to influence/enable partners.
* Final presentation to Alex Global Ecosystem Lead. Alex makes final decision.
