Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to conduct factual investigations in various insurance domains. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in this field, excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

 * Demonstrated experience in factual investigations in insurance (e.g. workers compensation, CTP, general insurance)
 * Current Victorian Private Investigator license (or ability to obtain)
 * Excellent communication, time management, and report-writing skills
 * Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, liability principles, and investigative techniques
 * The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
 * A current driver's license, reliable transport, and a satisfactory criminal history
 * Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and online investigation tools
 * Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
