Infrastructure Canberra are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Executive Branch Manager, Civil Infrastructure, Delivery – Transport and Civil. The Executive Branch Manager, Civil Infrastructure reports to the Program Director – Civil and Waste Infrastructure and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning, procurement and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, as well as supporting the reporting aspect of ACT Government Capital Works programs, on behalf of and in partnership with partner directorates. The Executive Branch Manager also represents the Directorate at Government and industry forums on matters that relate to civil infrastructure. The Executive Branch Manager will be required to demonstrate effectiveness in senior public sector management and have the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The role will need strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to work together to achieve Government policy outcomes. Consistent with the ‘One Service’ approach of the ACT Public Service, the Executive Branch Manager will also contribute to broader whole of service initiatives relating to workforce management and planning. Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $288,060 - $298,258 depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of 254,964. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
