We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Asset Manager to join our team. In this part-time (0.8 FTE) role, you will be responsible for managing and improving Melbourne's waterways, catchments, drainage and land assets.
About the Role
This role involves collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local governments, community groups, and first nations' groups, to deliver impactful programs and initiatives.
* Building relationships with Traditional Owners to enhance opportunities for working together on country.
* Providing analytical and problem-solving skills to determine management approaches for various environmental situations.
* Developing and implementing effective project and contract management skills, supervising consultants, and communicating with stakeholders.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop and implement sustainable solutions that benefit the environment and the community.
