We're ready to welcome a full-time psychologist who brings warmth, insight, and a genuine commitment to helping people across the lifespan, especially children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, mood challenges, and emotional or school-based distress.
Your Role in Our Team
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessment to children, adolescents, and families, with the option to expand into adult client work if desired
- Complete psychological assessments where qualified
- Work independently but never feel alone, you'll be part of a highly supportive team
- Support your peers through mentoring and collaborative reflection
- Participate in peer consults, CPD discussions, and cross-referrals
- Explore leadership or project-based opportunities if you're keen to grow
What You'll Bring
- Registered or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience (or a strong interest) in working with children and young people
- Confidence in providing a range of psychological interventions (CBT, ACT, EMDR, Play, Schema, Trauma-Informed etc.)
- Assessment experience (particularly in ASD, ADHD, learning disorders, dyslexia etc.) is highly desirable
- A values-aligned approach - open, human, curious
- Self-motivated, with strong organisation and time management skills
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- A willingness to think differently, share ideas, and support others
