The Role - Head Sommelier at Bopp&Tone
Reporting to our Group Beverage Manager, and working arm in arm with the restaurant team, you will assist with full wine management and focus on assisting in all levels of stock replenishment, customer service and providing recommendations or advice to patrons, assisting working a section and being involved in training and upskilling the team.
