Your new role
As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and maintaining fortnightly rosters and master schedules
* Managing roster changes and data entry
* Responding to sick calls and arranging shift replacements
* Cross-checking timesheets against rosters for payroll accuracy
* Liaising with on-call roster teams and maintaining staff availability registers
* Assisting with the implementation of new roster platforms
* Performing general administrative tasks and reception relief as required
What you'll need to succeed
* Intermediate computer skills and experience with roster systems
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Knowledge of industrial awards and workplace agreements
* Ability to work with integrity, respect, and professionalism
Desirable:
* Experience in aged care or healthcare environments
* Familiarity with roster platform implementation and training
