THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is adaptable and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work. Based at our client office at Redhill, Canberra ACT, your key focus will be to provide efficient print and administrative services, while ensuring superior customer service.
Please Note: this is a 12‑month max term parental leave cover role and is 100% onsite, working 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, five days per week, based in Red Hill, Canberra ACT.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete print and production work accurately and on time in a busy print room environment.
* Provide friendly, professional service and build strong relationships with on-site customers.
* Prioritise daily requests, follow workflows, and meet quality, cost, and turnaround expectations.
* Maintain stock levels, complete basic record keeping, and use systems to log work completed.
* Identify ways to improve processes, reduce waste, and support team members through shared tasks and training.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication & customer service skills with a professional approach
* Previous experience in print room will be highly regarded
* Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and regulated environment
