The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Restructuring Assistant Director to its Newcastle, UK office.
The Role
* Managing cases of various size and complexity
* Liaising with stakeholders both pre and post appointment
* Business reviews for corporates and lenders
* Supporting clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructure
* Developing alternative options and contingency planning
* Managing and developing exit strategies and options
* Implementing closure programmes and AMA processes
* Internal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary team
* Managing and supporting team members
* Supporting the wider growth of the Advisory department
The Candidate
* Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
* Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique
* Currently or recently at Senior Manager or Director level
