Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an onsite Level 2 IT Support Engineer.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our IT department to drive corporate IT initiatives and play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, resolving technical support requests, ensuring system reliability and safeguarding security across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* End user support for our team of professionals to ensure reliability and consistency of our systems, networks and hardware;
* Monitor and administer security and compliance standards across our business in line with industry best practices;
* Manage the administration & documentation of procedures and training for our IT assets;
* Provide administration & support to actively manage access to applications and ensure compliance with group security requirements;
* Administration, management & support of local office servers, networks and other IT infrastructure components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3–5 years' experience in IT support, ideally in a Level 2 or onsite engineer role;
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online;
* Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management tools;
* Proficiency with Windows operating systems and common business applications;
* Experience with EDR and endpoint protection tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike);
* Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, Wi-Fi);
* Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent);
* MS Office 365 user administration and support;
* MS Intune configuration and support;
* IT Service Desk ticketing (Manage Engine);
* Endpoint management (Endpoint Central) and automated software distribution;
* Endpoint security deployment and incident resolution;
* Windows operating system installation, administration and configuration;
* Familiar with ITIL 4 principles (certification an advantage);
* Vulnerability and Patch Management;
* Network configuration and troubleshooting, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi (Aruba/Ruckus) and VPN (Sonicwall);
* Experience with ISO audits / compliance is an advantage.
