As they continue to grow, they're seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to bring leadership, expertise, and heart to their team.
About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll manage a diverse clinical caseload and lead with clinical excellence. You'll:
* Deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention and therapy across the lifespan.
* Support participants in areas such as capacity building, functional assessments, home and living supports, assistive technology and home modifications.
* Provide supervision, mentorship and guidance to early-career OTs, fostering their confidence and professional growth.
* Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team culture through case discussions and shared learning.
* Stay current with NDIS processes, guidelines and best practice in occupational therapy.
