The Opportunity
We're seeking a visionary Regional Fulfilment Centre Manager to lead our state-of-the-art, 80% automated facility in West Melbourne.
This role can initially be FIFO, with the ultimate goal of relocating to Melbourne, supported by our generous relocation package.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Business Management / Lean manufacturing / 6 Sigma or demonstrated experience in a similar role
Ability to develop strategy in line with Komatsu's warehousing objectives and convert this to operational results
Proven experience with implementing and optimizing automation solutions in warehousing environments, including familiarity with robotic systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS / RS), and warehouse management software integration.
Demonstrated leadership capability leading a highly productive team for results excellence
Previous experience in DC parts operation or a warehouse environment in the construction or mining (heavy) equipment industry
Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (paper less) and Inventory Management principles
Demonstrated ability to work as an active supervisor, managing a team of 50+ people
