About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries. You will process payments, issue receipts, manage billing and invoicing, operate our booking system efficiently and assist with back-office activities including outbound calls, data entry and reporting.
This role requires strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous experience as a receptionist preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, and comfort working with different databases and systems.
