As a Caregiver and Lifestyle Program Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care programs to our residents in a supportive lifestyle community.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centered care programs to meet individual needs
* Build rapport with residents and their families through effective communication
* Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality care outcomes
* Document resident progress accurately and efficiently
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure and Health
* Desirable: experience working with dementia clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of work rights in Australia
