Job Title Recruitment Consultant Job Type Permanent Job Location Sydney NSW 2000 Salary $75,000-$90,000 As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for: Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process Reviewing applications and phone screening potential candidates Using your initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM Business Development; Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Building a strong business development strategy to target and win key clients Sourcing and following leads to make calls to drive new business development Meeting existing and prospective clients to drive business growth This is a 360-degree consultant role focused on the recruitment of temporary candidates within business support, HR, Marketing, and project support. We work with a number of industry sectors including education, health, commercial and FMCG. A flair for administration, you will understand the importance of process within temporary recruitment, and bring with you a number of years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment position.
