Responsibilities
* Providing expert advice on ICT investment, governance, and long-term digital transformation.
* Conducting a baseline assessment of the current ICT maturity level to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Overseeing BAU ICT services to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
* Leveraging a combined skillset in cloud environments and traditional infrastructure to optimise our technical stack.
Success profile
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Proven track record at the EL2 level (or equivalent) in a CIO or Senior ICT Advisory capacity, preferably within the APS.
* Technical Breadth (desirable): Proficiency in both Cloud services and on-premise infrastructure.
* The ability to move between technical "deep dives" and executive-level strategy seamlessly.
