Business / Practice Manager - Part-time Wamberal, NSW – Central Coast
This isn't your typical Practice Manager role.
Most of the day-to-day operational, financial, and administrative tasks are already in capable hands. We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to support and guide our highly experienced team of Doctors, Nurses, and Admin staff, who take pride in servicing the beachside community of Wamberal and surrounding suburbs of the Central Coast.

Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership – Steer and support our team. Promote a positive team culture. Lead by example to ensure the team performs at its best.
* Communication – Develop and maintain effective internal communication systems in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaborate with key team members, including our Finance Officer, Administration Co-ordinator and our partner Doctors.
* Onboarding – Welcome and onboard new clinicians and team members, ensuring a smooth transition into systems and processes.
* Innovation – Drive business growth through process improvements, partnerships, grant applications, and oversee the maintenance and functionality of our physical working environment.
* Compliance – Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and manage accreditation requirements.

About You
You're an excellent communicator and a strong leader. You value positive culture within your team, and you lead by example. You can problem solve, develop new systems and bring ideas to the table. You're not afraid of working in a fast paced environment. You're happy to steer the Doctors group, Nursing and Reception staff, and work closely with our experienced Administration Co-ordinator who manages the day-to-day operation of the Practice.
You have demonstrated experience in Business and / or Practice Management.
