About the Role
Support Workers play a vital part in ensuring our clients can maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to our clients, helping them with daily tasks such as housekeeping, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. You will also assist with transportation, social activities, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including household chores, personal care, and meal preparation
* Provide transportation to appointments and outings, ensuring safe and reliable transportation
* Accompany clients on social activities, promoting engagement and community connection
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is highly desirable
* Similar experience providing client-centred care is essential
* Current First Aid Certificate is mandatory
* Valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle are required
