Your New Role And Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator provides technical support, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of core IT systems across Airborne Solutions Australia. This position supports end‑user computing, on‑site ICT infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, and operational technology used by aviation and support teams. The role is responsible for first‑line diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues, as well as escalation to senior technical teams where required.
Working as part of the Airborne Solutions IT Operations team, the Systems Administrator ensures continuity of IT services across multiple operational sites, including remote aviation bases. The role assists with the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems, networked devices, and enterprise applications, while following established procedures and adhering to security and compliance requirements.
Provide Level 1 administration and support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and IT hardware setup, maintenance and lifecycle management.Assist (under senior guidance) with installation, configuration and patching of systems and applications, and support security and compliance tasks including patching, MFA support,
