Job Overview
The successful Trade Support Specialist will join our team as a full-time trades assistant. This role is located in Wagga Wagga, NSW and reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain facility tooling and assets ensuring optimal performance.
* Conduct aircraft interior refurbishment.
* Support Aircraft Maintenance Engineers in aircraft and component maintenance and refurbishment as required.
* Ensure all work performed meets high standards and adheres to approved data.
* Clean aircraft exteriors and interiors as needed during maintenance and operations.
* Perform various workplace tasks and ad-hoc duties under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
* Self-motivated individual with flexibility and adaptability.
* Demonstrated hand skills or trade experience.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team environment.
* High attention to detail and quality awareness.
* Able to work a four-day week with occasional overtime.
* Familiarity with OH&S procedures.
* Holds a valid driver's license.
* Meets requirements for an Aviation Security Identity Card.
