About the Role: Due to continued project wins, the business is looking to appoint a Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple apartment developments across Melbourne. This role will suit someone who enjoys being actively involved in projects and working closely with site teams, rather than purely managing from behind a desk. You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard, while also playing a key role in mentoring and developing junior staff within the business.
