Join Wave Systems, a Complexica company, as our Help Desk Team Lead and take charge of a dynamic support team delivering world-class service across IT, TMS, and TOS platforms.About the RoleAs the Help Desk Team Lead, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our FreshDesk-driven help desk, supporting clients in the maritime, transport, and logistics sectors.
