Processing Manager
Finniss Lithium Operation, 88 km south of Darwin near Berry Springs
5/2 Roster | Residential Role | DIDO | Relocation Assistance on Offer
Core Lithium has now reached Final Investment Decision (FID), marking the official restart of the Finniss Lithium Operation and the next phase of growth. As we power back into production, this is an opportunity to be part of recharging a critical operation at the center of the global battery supply chain.
Our preference is to build a long-term, Darwin-based workforce, offering residential drive-in, drive-out roles that allow you to be home every night. We also recognise the value of broader talent and welcome applications from candidates open to relocating to Darwin (with relocation support available) or those considering fly-in, fly-out arrangements. If you're open to any of these options, we encourage you to express your interest.

Our processing plant produces spodumene concentrate and incorporates a flowsheet including crushing and Dense Media Separation (DMS), with both wet and dry processing circuits. This role will be instrumental in optimising plant performance, reliability, and recovery.

About You
You are an experienced processing leader with a strong background in plant operations and a passion for building high-performing teams in a restart or growth environment.
You will bring:
* Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
* Strong experience in mineral processing operations (lithium preferred)
* Experience with wet and dry plant flowsheets, with exposure to DMS circuits highly regarded
* Background in commodities such as gold, copper, or nickel
* Proven leadership experience managing plant operations teams
* Strong understanding of plant optimisation, recovery, and reliability
* Ability to lead through startup, change, and operational ramp-up
* Strong commitment to safety and operational standards
Why Join Core Lithium
The Finniss project represents a rare opportunity to be part of the restart and transformation of a strategic lithium operation, with a clear transition from open pit to underground mining that will underpin long-term production and growth.
As Mining Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the operation and establishing the leadership, systems and culture that will define its future success.
