We have a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate Audiologist to join the team at our busy hearing clinic in Toowoomba, Queensland.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

What Will You Be Doing?

Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric audiological assessments in accordance with current best practice and the Company's clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent paediatric testing including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA).Deliver individualised rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, real-ear verification (REM), and follow up care.Maintain accurate documentation and in line with with Medicare, HSP and DVA requirements.Meet our clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.

What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?

3-5 years' experience in Adult relevant qualification in Audiology.Currently hold, or eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.A desire to support team members and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
