This is the perfect opportunity to get noticed in Real Estate. My client is one of the leading agencies on the lower north shore and **YOU** could be the face of the business, taking in decades of experience and learning from some of the best in the industry. You will provide excellent customer service in tis Reception role as well as work closely with agents, sales, and marketing departments.
**The Position**
In the role of Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the reception desk and front of house area
- Meet and great clients, staff and general public
- Answer telephones and transfer to the correct departments
- Assist with meeting room set ups and and facilities tasks
- Work closely with the executive team for an administration tasks
**The Person**
- Real Estate experienced highly desired
- Proven experience in a front of house/ customer facing role
- Well presented in appearance
- Clear, professional and good telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Must be able to work 5 days in the office no work from home in the role
- Resident/ Citizen of Australia with full working rights
