Production Operator – Shepparton Pipes
Civilmart is an Australian owned national manufacturer of civil concrete products supplying to sectors such as residential development, local government, water authorities, civil infrastructure, irrigation, and the plumbing and drainage market. We are one of the largest producers of precast concrete in Australia, with operations across QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA and 24 sites nationwide.
We're currently seeking 4 Production Operators to join our team at Civilmart Shepparton Pipes, supporting both production and yard operations.
* 2 x Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 11.00AM - 7.30PM
* 2 x Evening shift, Monday to Friday 2.30PM PM.
You'll play a key role in assisting with production and dispatch by safely operating forklifts to transport concrete products and materials around the site. All necessary training will be provided, so if you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Operate forklifts to move concrete products, steel cages, and raw materials around the site
* Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe load restraint
* Assist with general yard duties, including manual handling and housekeeping
* Perform daily pre-start checks on the forklift and report maintenance needs
* Work flexibly across production and yard areas as required
* Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
What we're looking for:
* A current Forklift Licence (LF) will be advantageous
* A strong work ethic and practical mindset
* Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
* Ability to work in a team and take direction
