BRAMS is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist, based in Broome, WA, to deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to children, adults, and older people with communication, language, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication disorders.
This role works across BRAMS' Aged Care, NDIS, and Primary Health Care programs and provides both clinic-based and community-based services. The position contributes to multidisciplinary care planning, clinical education, and service improvement, ensuring all services are person-centred, safe, and culturally responsive.
Is This You?
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and be recognised as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) through Speech Pathology Australia, or be eligible to obtain certification prior to commencement.
* Experience in the assessment and management of communication, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication disorders.
* Proven ability to deliver culturally safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care.
* Experience in mealtime assessment, planning, and risk management.
* Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development, reflective practice, and quality improvement.
