Effective Team Management through Technology
We're seeking a skilled professional to drive customer success and implement effective solutions. As a technical expert, you'll engage with enterprise organizations, helping them optimize their teams and businesses using our Cloud platform.
* Create tailored technical solutions and provide guidance for direct customer engagements
* Maintain in-depth expertise in Atlassian's Platforms, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of new capabilities to support diverse customer needs
* Understand technical requirements, guide solution implementation, and ensure successful product adoption
* Analyze customer challenges, providing valuable insights that help decision-makers discover opportunities and the value of addressing them with our Cloud solutions
* Develop content to support customer objectives and outcomes
* Map out a solution-specific journey with a given customer, delivering guidance and activities that ensure continued progress along that journey
* Ensure customer voices are represented within our organization, contributing direct and actionable feedback to internal Product teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, GTM, CSS, Channel, and other internal and external Partner teams to support clients, identify and promote new opportunities, and drive success
Your background should include:
* 8+ years of experience within SaaS companies
* 2+ years of Enterprise customer-facing roles
* Demonstrated expertise in SaaS and Atlassian Cloud
* Experience administering Atlassian DC and/or Cloud ecosystem, including tools like Access, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Crowd, etc.
* A background in SaaS-based architectures, integration methods, and security considerations
* Experience with Atlassian's Cloud migration process, associated migration utilities, and hybrid SaaS and on-premise deployment models
* Experience supporting the entire lifecycle of the Atlassian Ecosystem
* Technical product demonstration, documentation, and presentation experience
* Comfort speaking to and influencing a customer's technical teams
* Experience helping an organization adopt an Atlassian product or similar product
