Responsibilities:

1. Build competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
2. Deal with international clients.
3. Identify new leads.
4. Develop proposal documents to facilitate bidding processes.
5. Manage & coordinate information within the team to arrive at an accurate bid.
6. Develop, maintain, and provide feedback for customer process documentation.
7. Communicate effectively both in verbal and written form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
8. Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition.
9. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.

Skills Required:

1. Must have practical knowledge of different bidding portals like UPWORK, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, Guru, and Email Marketing etc.
2. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Should have knowledge of Web Development Companies.
4. Candidates should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.
5. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
6. Sound knowledge of IT terminologies like Web development, SEO/Digital Marketing.
7. IT background preferred.
8. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar is preferred.
9. Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
10. Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
