About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Workforce Team at Bathurst Health Service as an Administration Officer. This role is perfect for an experienced administration officer with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working in a fast‐paced administration environment, no two days will be the same. From recruitment to rostering, payroll and more, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that includes the Medical Workforce Manager, Director of Medical Workforce, Junior Medical Officers, Registrars, Allied Health Heads of Department, Campus Nurse Managers and Nursing Unit Managers.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly between 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Other flexible working arrangements are welcome, including applicants looking to Job Share.
This role is supported within the Medical Workforce team, and the successful applicant will be provided with on‐the‐job training and education to develop their skills.
