- Work with carcass stock and value-added products.
- Prepare cuts for window display.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail butcher shop experience.
- Passionate about the trade; creative and willing to share ideas.
- Understanding of high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Experience working with carcass stock and value-added products.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
