About the Role
* This full-time position involves working under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses, ensuring that care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with clinical care delivery
* Supporting comprehensive assessments
* Coordinating services

* Monitoring health and reporting outcomes
Requirements:
* Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration
* Minimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector
* Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence with minimum Third-Party Damage Insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate level of computer skills
* Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the organisation's values through interactions at work
