What we're looking for
Real Estate experience is preferred, but we're also open to applicants with transferable skills from customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or other high energy roles.
You'll thrive in this role if you are :

Well-presented with a positive attitude
Someone who uses initiative and enjoys problem-solving
Confident with MS Office and general technology
Experienced with PropertyMe or Inspect Real Estate (favourable but not essential)
A team player with strong communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time management
Able to follow processes and take direction
Equipped with a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
PM Registration is favourable but not required — we're happy to support the right person
About the role
You'll be supporting our Property Managers to deliver exceptional service across a well-maintained portfolio.
Your day-to-day will include :
Application processing
Onboarding new tenancies
Routine inspections & home opens (as required)
Assisting with final bond inspections (as required)
General administration and data entry
Helping with social media content
Reception relief and other day-to-day portfolio tasks
