We're on the lookout for a Night Shift Cafe All-Rounder to join our team and help keep things running smoothly across all areas of the café. This is a hands-on role where you'll be helping out wherever needed, from customer service, running food and taking orders.
You'll need to be confident working in a busy environment, communicate well with the team and customers, and bring great energy to every shift. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and people who genuinely enjoy creating a great experience for customers. Flexibility is key, as shifts will run late (up to 1am–2am).
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality customer service
* Work across multiple areas of the café including juice bar, front of house, and general duties
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail throughout the shift
* Support the team during busy periods and help where needed
* Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for customers
* Be reliable and hands-on from start to finish of each shift
