The Opportunity
We're actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team, providing on-site, relationship-based medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Facilities in Western Australia.
This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured, well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful, continuity-focused care — without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice.
You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, and a highly experienced administrative team, enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination, paperwork or logistics.

Requirements
* General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions. Overseas applicants need not apply.
* Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM
* Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth.
* Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred.
* A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
