We're an award-winning Australian tiny and modular home manufacturer on a growth journey, and we're looking for a Designer / Draftsperson who wants to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
* Transform customer ideas and approved layouts into clear, build-ready drawings.
* Produce floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
* Ensure designs meet NCC and Australian Standards.
* Collaborate with sales, production, and certifiers to bring designs to life.
* Manage customisations and approved changes.
* Support the factory with updates and clarifications when needed.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in residential drafting or building design.
* Confident in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or similar.
* Detail-focused, organised, and practical.
* A team player who communicates well and solves problems.
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Bonus: Experience with modular, prefab, or tiny homes.
