What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking a HR truck driver with proven experience in the transportation industry to fulfill a crucial role in transporting non-alcoholic beverages to stores and supermarkets across the metropolitan and regional areas.
This is a Permanent opportunity, and hours are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm weekdays, with daily overtime and occasional weekend commitments during peak times.
Key areas: Driving to Linfox Safety Standards and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.
Safely and efficiently performing deliveries to stores, venues and/or warehouses.
Accurately completing and collecting all required documentation.
Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner.
Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
Are you the one?
You can demonstrate: Current and valid HR licence.
Familiarity with the SA metro and regional areas.
Responsible manual handling experience.
Electric pallet jack operations.
Load restraint knowledge and tailgate unloading.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to use handheld devices for work tasks.
