About the Role
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care We invite you to join our dynamic team whether that is as a Post Graduate or Senior / Experience Speech Pathologist.
We have roles specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months of professional experience and are already looking for a role & a Provider with a Difference in addition to our core appointments of experienced clinicians with at least 5 years experience.
Specific Needs
Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists and Positive Behaviour Practitioners.
Minimum Requirements
* 2 x Speech Pathologists North of the River; Paediatric & Adult
* 2 x Speech Pathologists South of the River; Paediatric & Adult
* 2 x Occupational Therapists North of the River; Paediatric & Adult
* 2 x Occupational Therapists South of the River; Paediatric & Adult
* 2 x Positive Behaviour Practitioners; Perth Metro

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate client progress adjusting interventions as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.
Requirements
* Degree in Speech Pathology Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy or an appropriately related field.
* 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.
* Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA SPA ESSA).
* Experience working within the NDIS and / or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Current drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
