Employment Lawyer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a commercial and client-focused approach.
* You will work closely with high-profile clients, navigating the intricacies of employment relationships and providing strategic counsel.
* You will be involved in all facets of employment law, including discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts and agreements, harassment and bullying, and dispute resolution.
* You will stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
