Job Title: Site Development Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Development Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Supervise a team of construction personnel, including laborers, operators, and tradespeople, to achieve project objectives.
* Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project plans.
* Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
* Monitor and control costs, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in construction supervision, project management, or a related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights.
* Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
