Chairo Christian School is a non‐denominational Christian school with 1,800 students across five campuses. We are looking for a Primary School Teacher at our Traralgon campus, commencing Term 1 next year, either full‐time or part‐time.
The primary responsibility of this teacher will be to deliver the curriculum in line with the school board's guidelines and policies, from a Christian worldview perspective.

* Foster a protected and caring environment for all students, role‐modeling the love of Jesus Christ.
* Maintain a learning setting that encourages positive attitudes toward learning, with challenging and achievable expectations.
* Effectively assess student performance and provide feedback in an encouraging, confidence‐building manner.
* Plan and carry out daily activities that fulfil the objectives of the school's educational policies and mission statement.
* Build relationships with students and parents that establish a partnering approach to learning.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith.
* Experience teaching lower primary school levels (desirable).
* Sound knowledge of teaching from a Christian worldview perspective.
* Ability to utilise a range of teaching strategies as relevant.
* Ability to build strong partnering relationships and communication channels with students and parents.
